(Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President & CEO: Tomohiro Ito) as the subscriber. Following this capital increase, the company's post-investment valuation will be 31.24 billion yen. AGENDA Inc. is a software development company that handles business core systems and application development. AGENDA Inc. shares our mission of "eliminating language barriers" and has recognized the value in our new strategic products: the "countertop" AI simultaneous interpreter "POCKETALK X," the AI voice-to-text device "POCKETALK mimi 2," and "POCKETALK V," which displays conversations as real-time multilingual subtitles, transforming any display into a translator. They also acknowledged our efforts to strengthen our business foundation, including improving profitability in our overseas operations. This led to the current investment.
