Zenken Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Junnosuke Hayashi; hereinafter "Zenken") is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the "FY2026 Tottori Prefecture Foreign Care Worker Career Advancement Training Program" by Tottori Prefecture on June 25, 2026. Recruitment of participants began on July 1, 2026. This project aims to support the early retention of foreign care workers employed in Tottori Prefecture and to assist them in passing the national certified care worker examination. Three courses tailored to the participants' skill levels will be offered, primarily online. ■ Program Features We offer the following three courses as learning programs designed to meet participants' target examination year and proficiency levels. Participation is available online from anywhere in the prefecture. - Japanese for Care Workers Class (2 months per term x 2 terms) This course is for individuals who have been in Japan for less than one year. On-site "group training" sessions will be held. This provides an opportunity to expand the network of mutual support through interaction with other participants and practical exercises. - 40th Exam (FY2027) Class (6 months) This course focuses on preparing for the 40th national certified care worker examination (FY2027), aiming to impart specialized knowledge and practical Japanese skills for the workplace. Each participant will be assigned a personal learning supporter who will provide continuous guidance through interviews and other means. - 39th Exam (FY2026) Class (5 months) This course is for individuals scheduled to take the 39th national certified care worker examination (FY2026). Each participant will be assigned a personal learning supporter, and the program features personalized support to identify and overcome individual weaknesses.
