Developed by veteran Baker Chef Ryuji Morihiro, the collection features four artisanal breads perfect for a sophisticated lunch. Highlights include a "Stick Pizza" designed to stay crispy over time, a "Weisswurst" brioche with honey mustard, and the "Tordu" using locally grown Yokohama spinach and Hokkaido bacon. Prices range from 360 to 490 yen, offering hotel-quality flavors for daily dining.
