Purpose and Background Zimax Group has been exploring its unique overseas business development, primarily through the Overseas Business Division within Zimax Group Corporation and Zimax Global Partner Corporation. Specifically, we have been actively promoting the establishment and strengthening of relationships with leading overseas companies and acquiring human resources, including new graduate recruitment locally. In January of this year, we established a joint venture, "PT. KGXYMAX ASA INDONESIA," in collaboration with Kompas Gramedia Group, the largest media business company in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in Japan, we have been developing "Karakusa Hotel," a hotel specializing in accommodations for foreign tourists visiting Japan, since 2016, accumulating knowledge and achievements. Now, with the intention of a new overseas business development integrating both initiatives, the Zimax Group Overseas Business Division and Zimax Global Partner Corporation have been integrated into Karakusa Hotel Co., Ltd. as of today, and the company name has been changed to "XYMAX INTERNATIONAL Corporation."
