We are pleased to announce the details of "Oppyappee-style! How to Enjoy the Kyoto Railway Museum," an event offering a slightly humorous yet intellectual perspective on how to enjoy our museum. Additionally, we provide further information about the exhibition "A Glimpse of the Near Future" (July 18 (Sat) – August 23 (Sun)), which showcases initiatives by JR West Group and startup companies. "Oppyappee-style! How to Enjoy the Kyoto Railway Museum" [Event Period: July 18 (Sat) – September 23 (Mon, national holiday)] 1. Yoshihiko Kojima Welcome Video A video message from event ambassador Yoshihiko Kojima will be screened inside the entrance building. 2. Oppyappee-style! Museum Stamp Rally Stamps will be placed at six locations throughout the museum. At each stamp point, a monitor will screen a video dialogue between Yoshihiko Kojima and Museum Director Toshihiro Matsuoka. ※ Stamp cards will be available near the 500 Series Shinkansen train on the 1st floor of the Main Building. ※ Visitors who collect all stamps will receive a special digital wallpaper image for smartphones and other devices. Download the image by scanning the QR code at the final destination. (Data charges apply at user’s expense.) 3. Oppyappee-style! SL Steam-go Operation The SL Steam-go will display a special commemorative headmark for the event.
