This brand will hold a special collaboration event with "GEJO (Gejo)", a popular sushi restaurant that opened in 2020 in Iwase City, Toyama Prefecture. GEJO is known for its "storytelling course meals" that utilize Toyama's seasonal ingredients and local traditional crafts, attracting attention from gourmets both domestically and internationally. The collaboration will take place during dinner on Friday, July 24 and Saturday, July 25, with two seatings per day. "GEJO" focuses on world-class sushi and Japanese cuisine, integrating seasonal ingredients, Toyama's traditional crafts, and regional culture. Each dish expresses the charm of Toyama, offering a special dining experience where guests can savor the region's stories through their five senses. This collaboration will feature Chef Takahiro Shimojo, who leads "GEJO", and "Wolfgang’s Steakhouse TEPPAN".
