July 2, 2026 Vortex Inc. Vortex Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO Fumihiko Miyazawa, hereinafter "the Company"), which provides asset formation consulting centered on "Kushuryo Office®", announced today that on July 1, 2026, it filed lawsuits (4 cases in total) with the Tokyo District Court against ACN Group Inc., ACN Real Estate Inc., and ACN Solutions Inc. (collectively, "ACN and others") seeking injunctions against the use of their systems and damages, based on the Company's patent rights (Patent No. 5789062 and Patent No. 6074102). As a pioneer of "Kushuryo Office®", the Company has been engaged in the development and provision of new real estate solutions utilizing office buildings, including the fractional real estate product "V Share®". The intellectual property created in this process is considered an important management asset that supports the Company's business competitiveness and corporate value. The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to appropriately protecting and utilizing its own intellectual property rights. Moving forward, if it is determined that the Company's intellectual property rights are being infringed, the Company will take appropriate measures, including legal proceedings as necessary.
