~Collaboration between practical training facility and latest technology to provide industrial control system security education~ VLC Security Group's VLC Security Arena Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Norihiko Ishihara, hereinafter "the Company") announced today that it has begun a collaboration with Terilogy Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Takeshi Koga, hereinafter "Terilogy") with the aim of raising the security level of Japan's industrial infrastructure and improving cyber resilience in the OT (Operational Technology) security domain. Through this collaboration, Terilogy, a leading company in OT security in Japan, will implement its "Nozomi Networks" and "TXOne Networks" solutions, for which it serves as the primary domestic distributor, within the control system environment at VLC Security Arena's training arena, one of the most advanced in Japan. This will enable detection/defense training in environments extremely close to real-world conditions, further contributing to the improvement of cyber resilience for Japanese companies. Through this collaboration, we aim to train 500 participants and achieve sales of 200 million yen over three years. ◾️Background of this Collaboration As cyber threats surrounding industrial control system networks become more serious, it is essential not only to implement technical countermeasures but also to train specialized personnel who understand the characteristics of the field to protect the safety of critical infrastructure and manufacturing sites. Terilogy, which has led the spread of OT security in Japan for many years, and VLC Security Arena, which advocates for "improving on-site resilience" and provides practical training using control system environments, have agreed to provide integrated education leveraging their respective infrastructures and knowledge. By combining the OT domain expertise of both companies, we will further contribute to solving the challenges faced by Japanese
