(CEO: Yojiro Oe, Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "TRUSTART") has provided large-scale acquisition of real estate registration information, data cleansing, and data utilization consulting to the "Urban Development and Town Planning Support Office" newly established in April 2025 by Higo Bank, Ltd. In Kumamoto Prefecture, where an economic ripple effect of 11 trillion yen is expected due to TSMC's expansion, Higo Bank is leading wide-area development projects such as town revitalization projects. TRUSTART supported the construction of a data infrastructure that enables on-site bank employees to act immediately by rapidly and comprehensively collecting and organizing real estate registration information. ◼️ Background In regional areas facing population decline and changes in industrial structure, regional banks are expected to play a role as "town development partners" who proactively engage in regional real estate and development projects, not just in lending. Amidst this, in Kumamoto Prefecture, large-scale urban development and transportation infrastructure improvements are occurring simultaneously and in multiple locations, triggered by the expansion of TSMC, the world's largest contract chip manufacturer.
