"Ganso Beniimo Tart," a beloved souvenir staple throughout Japan, is made with vibrant purple sweet potatoes cultivated in Okinawa's climate, and has been cherished by many for its gentle sweetness and moist texture. To commemorate this 40th anniversary milestone, Confectionery Goods and the resort's chef team have joined forces to create a special afternoon tea packed with the charm of Okinawa. This afternoon tea incorporates Confectionery Goods' products, including "Ganso Beniimo Tart," into every menu item, with hotel chefs reinterpreting them into both sweets and savory dishes.
