Rihga Royal Hotel Kokura, located in Asano, Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu, and led by General Manager Shinichi Noguchi, will hold its summer-only event “BEER HALL 2026” from Wednesday, June 17 to Saturday, August 22, 2026. Reservations will open on Friday, May 15. Some dates will be excluded during the event period; details are available on the official website. The annual summer beer hall event will be held for a limited time in a large banquet hall with a maximum capacity of around 400 guests. Visitors can enjoy buffet-style dishes and a wide variety of drinks, including draft beer, with all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink, and no time limit. Last year, the event welcomed about 9,000 visitors and was well received by a broad range of guests, from corporate groups to families. The food lineup features more than 25 Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, led by the signature stand-cooking item “teppanyaki domestic beef.” Guests can enjoy a varied selection of hotel cuisine alongside lively live-cooking presentations. The drink menu includes draft beer, whisky, shochu, sake, and more. This year, “draft wine,” a fresh-tasting wine served from a barrel, will be newly introduced, expanding the range of drink options. At the cocktail bar, guests can use various liqueurs to freely create drinks to their own taste. In response to customer feedback, the hotel will also introduce an automatic draft beer server for Asahi Super Dry. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available, allowing guests who do not drink alcohol to enjoy the event comfortably. On Fridays and Saturdays, balloon performers will appear to entertain children and enliven the venue. As the event is held indoors, guests can enjoy a lively summer evening in a cool and comfortable space without worrying about weather or heat.
