(Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Jiro Okubo) announced today that the joint venture "Kyoto Mirai Green Partners," composed of a total of five companies with Green Hospital Supply Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture) as the representative company, has been selected by Kyoto Prefecture to undertake facility management and operational services for the "Kyoto Prefectural Botanical Garden" located in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture. The joint venture will commence these operations, referred to as "these operations," on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Through these operations, the joint venture will support the initiatives of the Kyoto Prefectural Botanical Garden, aiming for 1 million annual visitors and striving to enhance services and facility comfort with high-quality hospitality for all visitors. They will also implement independent projects, such as nighttime operations that showcase the garden's charm differently from daytime through illuminations and light-ups utilizing the garden's landscape and greenhouses. Furthermore, strategic marketing and public relations will be employed to implement creative management and operations that lead to an increase in visitors and repeat visitors. Our company will be responsible for marketing and other related tasks within these operations. Leveraging our expertise in commercial facility management cultivated to date, we will contribute to increasing visitors and repeat visitors. This marks our first venture into operating a "botanical garden," expanding our business domain into new areas.
