(hereinafter referred to as Tokyu Electric Railway)'s DX special organization "URBAN HACKS," announced that the cumulative number of downloads for the official smartphone app "Tokyu Line App," which has been available since September 2022, surpassed 1 million in April 2026. This means that "1 in 4" of our customers who use the Tokyu Line are now using the app. The "Tokyu Line App" began service in 2013 and underwent a major renewal in September 2022.
