Take and Give Needs Co., Ltd. (head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Kenji Iwase; hereinafter T&G), a major wedding company in Japan, announced that it will exhibit at Pride Festival, one of the main programs of Tokyo Pride 2026, one of Asia’s largest LGBTQ+ events. The festival will be held at Yoyogi Park Event Plaza on June 6 and 7. At its first Tokyo Pride 2026 exhibition, T&G will set up a booth where visitors can consult wedding planners about weddings. The booth will feature rainbow-colored decorations and a backdrop of the internationally active male couple Taiki & Noah. The couple previously modeled for T&G’s 2024 wedding fashion proposal project, which promoted styles free from gender and stereotypes, and will appear again for this occasion. Visitors are welcome to ask about specific topics such as venues and wedding content, as well as concerns or anxieties about weddings, or general questions about T&G’s wedding services. Those already considering a wedding can also make reservations for venue tours. In conjunction with its Tokyo Pride 2026 exhibition, LGBTQ+ advocate Kazue-chan has been appointed as T&G’s Inclusive Wedding Advisor. Kazue-chan mainly shares LGBTQ+ information based on personal experiences as a gay person and the voices of LGBTQ+ couples, and previously worked as a wedding planner at T&G. Combining wedding planning experience with LGBTQ+ expertise, Kazue-chan will support internal education curricula and guideline development, while also providing wedding advice and on-site support. At the Tokyo Pride 2026 booth, Kazue-chan will guide visitors together with T&G’s wedding planners. T&G aims to become a leading company in the hospitality industry. In an industry where people are especially important, the company believes that creating a workplace where diverse employees can thrive and enabling diverse customers to use its products and services will enhance corporate value.
