Technoa Inc. (headquarters: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture; Representative Director: Koji Yamazaki) and Neorex Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Takuo Komai) jointly held the “Technoa × Neorex Joint Engineer and Consultant Exchange Event” on April 24, 2026. The event was born from the two companies’ shared commitment to management that values people and value creation through IT. It went beyond a simple technical exchange, aiming to practically strengthen the capabilities required of engineers and consultants in the AI era while helping form a local community where advanced IT talent can grow and remain in the region. A total of 40 participants joined the event and learned together across company boundaries. Through reviews and awards for pre-event assignments, a one-day-only team-based mini event, and a networking reception, participants deepened their connections and gained insights they could bring back to their own workplaces. The event was positioned as a step toward building a regional technology ecosystem in the Tokai area.
