TechTrain (TechBowl Inc., Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Masao Ozawa, hereinafter "TechTrain"), which aims to "Support all people's terminals with technology," has completed a "Practical Programming Training to Think Deeply While Utilizing AI" for prospective employees of Insource Inc. (Surugadai Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Takayuki Funahashi, hereinafter "Insource"). This is the third year of training for prospective employees in collaboration with Insource. The content has been updated to reflect the spread of generative AI, with the theme of "fostering the ability to think deeply while utilizing AI." Employees in engineering roles learned Web development centered on HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP, while general employees learned data analysis and task automation using Python. All 11 prospective employees completed the mandatory curriculum in approximately 3 months. ■This Year's Updates: 3 Mechanisms to Support "Learning Methods" in the AI Era While leveraging the existing training foundation, we have strengthened the mechanisms for thinking and learning with AI.
