The new site is designed with the concept of "Tamiya Home's Poetry (Uta)" to allow visitors to naturally feel Tamiya Home's ideology, philosophy, and worldview through an experience akin to reading poetry, rather than searching for information. Background of the Renewal Since 2020, Tamiya Home has expanded its business domains to include demolition, construction, real estate solutions, and renovation, aiming to realize a Sustainable Community. The company achieved a sales growth rate of 224% from 2021 to 2024 and continues to grow remarkably, receiving the No. 1 construction company award in Japan in the Nikkei Asia's High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific ranking by the British economic newspaper Financial Times in 2026. Amidst this growth, President and CEO Akihiko Tamiya developed a concern that "the current site can no longer fully express the Tamiya Home of today and the Tamiya Home of the future."
