This POP UP will offer a limited menu that fuses Japanese bento culture with processed Portuguese seafood products, and will also verify consumer needs in the Japanese market through a visitor survey. Through this initiative, SFA will support the expansion of recognition and market development for Portuguese food, while promoting efforts to connect overseas food companies with the Japanese market. POP UP Overview: Offering "Selected Portuguese Lunch Boxes" Fusing Japanese and Portuguese Food Cultures At this POP UP, we will offer a limited menu that fuses Japanese bento culture with traditional Portuguese processed seafood products, utilizing products from PortugalFoods member companies. Some of the ingredients used will also be available for purchase at the retail corner so that customers can enjoy them at home. By combining Portuguese ingredients and processing techniques with the familiar Japanese bento, we propose a new way to enjoy food.
