Although he joined from a field different from the hotel industry, he has supported the creation of connections with the region and the realization of new initiatives, and has been a presence that has watched over the facility's growth. On the other hand, Yayoi Naka joined SUIDEN TERRASSE as a consultant in 2019 and became General Manager in 2021. For approximately one and a half years as a consultant and approximately five years as General Manager, she worked to improve operations and build the organization during the difficult period of the COVID-19 pandemic, while also promoting various initiatives that foster connections with the region, such as "YAMAGATA SHONAI SAKE STORY" and Sustainable Challenge.
