Sugino Machine Co., Ltd. (Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture) will hold "Cerezo Toyama Dream Classroom supported by Sugino Machine" again this year with Cerezo Toyama Co., Ltd. (Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture), for which it has been an official partner since 2015. The "Cerezo Toyama Dream Classroom" is a project where top team players from J2's "Cerezo Toyama" visit elementary schools and other locations within the prefecture to interact with children. This year, the fourth year of the project, will feature three renewals. We aim to contribute to the development of future leaders by conveying the importance of striving towards dreams and goals. Renewal 1: Expansion of venues from elementary schools to junior high schools - The classroom will be expanded to junior high schools to provide learning about dreams and goals from a different perspective than during elementary school. Renewal 2: Expanded Q&A and interaction time with players - The Q&A and interaction time will be expanded to allow for two-way communication between players and participating children/students. Renewal 3: Enhanced gifts for participants - Gifts will be planned to serve as a memento of the Dream Classroom and to foster affection for local companies and the region. 1. Introduction to J.League, Cerezo Toyama, and Sugino Machine 2. Professional soccer player's dream lecture - Players from Cerezo Toyama, who have achieved their dream of becoming J.Leaguers, will serve as guest teachers. - They will discuss "dreams" with children in their hometown of Toyama, sharing their experiences to offer advice on the importance of "having dreams and working towards them" and "gratitude." 3.
