As a new basic management policy, we have set forth "Contributing to all people, including our employees, by aiming to realize a sustainable future society through the provision of optimal IT solutions," and strive to enhance corporate value as a "company filled with love and dreams" that will be loved for half a century, 100 years, and even 1000 years from now. The "Integrated Report 2026" released this time is the first integrated report published by our company, which will celebrate its 45th anniversary in February 2026. Its purpose is to more clearly communicate our group's approach and initiatives for sustainable corporate value creation to all stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, customers, business partners, employees, and local communities. This integrated report introduces how our group connects its strengths to value since its establishment and how it solves social issues and enhances corporate value through its business, from the perspectives of growth strategy, sources of value creation, human capital, governance, and sustainability management. Furthermore, the "Sustainability" website has also been renewed to enhance information dissemination and usability.
