The alliance focuses on digitizing quotes, contracts, and payments, aiming to streamline operations for over 4,000 housing companies currently served by Solvvy. Additionally, the companies will collaborate on developing and selling extended warranty products beyond the housing sector. This strategic move includes a capital investment by Jaccs through the acquisition of Solvvy's treasury shares.
