Featuring 150 types of instant ramen from across the country. The noodles you choose will be cooked by Yunodai Shokudo, a popular ramen shop in Nikaho City, Akita, located at the foot of Mt. Chokai. Yunodai Shokudo is a popular shop known for its long lines, serving a rich soup made from local ingredients, sharp raw soy sauce, and house-made, hand-kneaded noodles.
