This new, thick-cut pork steak, reminiscent of Hawaii's iconic Diamond Head, is slow-cooked at a low temperature for 12 hours, resulting in incredible tenderness. The natural flavor of the meat is enhanced by the refreshing richness of lemon and butter, along with a special sauce. The menu includes the "Diamond Head Pork Steak Grill" for ¥1,780 (¥1,958 with tax), a combo with a seaside brochette for ¥2,180 (¥2,398 with tax), and a combo with garlic pilaf for ¥1,780 (¥1,958 with tax). The new menu will be available at the Funabashi Ichiba, Niiza Higashi, and Miyamaedaira locations.
