While our company primarily manufactures this product at our own factory, we have recently outsourced part of production to external manufacturing facilities due to increased demand. This incident involved products manufactured at one of these external facilities, where fragrance components were detected. We currently believe that the components were transferred during temporary storage. Taking this matter very seriously, we have decided to voluntarily recall all batches produced at this facility.
