Priced at 498 yen, the dish features the sharp spice of Hokkaido mountain wasabi paired with a clear Rishiri kelp broth. The company also recommends its currently available 'Rich Sesame Sauce Pork Shabu Udon' for the early summer season. Both items showcase local Hokkaido ingredients and offer a refreshing taste.
