SECURE, INC. (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Tatsunari Taniguchi; Securities code: 4264), which provides business solutions for corporate challenges through “AI image analysis × security,” announced that cumulative installations of its facial recognition-related solutions have surpassed 12,000 cases (*). *As of the end of March 2026 SECURE was founded in 2002 as a security company for individual customers. Since launching sales of corporate security systems in 2010, the company has proposed access control systems and surveillance camera systems tailored to customer needs, steadily expanding its business across a wide range of industries. One of SECURE’s strengths is its ability to provide end-to-end support, from software and hardware proposals to design, installation, and maintenance. AI-powered facial recognition access control systems are being used not only in offices, but also increasingly in data centers, fitness facilities, factories, and other settings. Solutions that combine facial recognition, AI, and surveillance cameras are also helping address social issues such as shoplifting prevention, customer harassment countermeasures, and resident safety management in care facilities. Since cumulative installations surpassed 10,000 in April 2025, the pace of adoption has accelerated further, driven by growing security awareness and moves toward legislation on occupational health and safety and customer harassment countermeasures. In just one year after reaching 10,000 installations, SECURE added another 2,000, bringing the total to 12,000. Demand for smarter spaces based on facial recognition is steadily expanding across industries and business types. Going forward, SECURE will continue addressing challenges across all industries and use cases, working to provide business solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable digital transformation, while advancing toward its vision of smart cities and smart buildings.
