San-X Co., Ltd. announced that Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk’s Chinese restaurant Boukairou, located on the hotel’s fifth floor, will host a limited-time Sumikko Gurashi collaboration lunch and dinner course titled “Sumikko Gurashi Yum Cha Biyori” from July 1 to August 30, 2026. This marks the first Sumikko Gurashi Chinese cuisine collaboration held in Japan. The lunch course includes three appetizers, soup, four hot dishes, five types of yum cha, fried rice, dessert, and Chinese tea, allowing guests to enjoy 16 Chinese dishes in bite-sized portions. The dinner course is designed for sharing around the table with friends and family, featuring four appetizers, soup, three hot dishes, three types of yum cha, fried rice, and dessert. Character panels of Sumikko Gurashi in a Chinese cuisine theme will also be available for guests to borrow and use for photos with their meals. Guests who order either the lunch or dinner course will receive one limited-edition A4 clear file per person. The event runs from July 1 to August 30, 2026, excluding Mondays and Tuesdays. It will be held at Chinese Restaurant Boukairou on the fifth floor of Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with last orders at 1:30 p.m.; dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with last orders at 9:30 p.m. Prices are 5,600 yen per person for lunch and 7,200 yen per person for dinner, including tax and service charge.
