Renaissance Inc. announced that it will co-host an online seminar with Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd. on May 27, 2026, as part of Renaissance’s initiatives to support the quality of life (QOL) of people facing cancer. The seminar is being held in collaboration with Shiseido’s Life Quality Beauty activities. The seminar, titled “Cover Techniques and UV Care,” will focus on makeup methods for addressing skin concerns and changes in skin tone caused by cancer treatment, aging, hormonal changes, and seasonal shifts. Shiseido staff will explain easy-to-adopt self-care methods, including cover makeup tips, UV protection, and skin tone control using makeup base products, tailored to each participant’s current condition. The event will take place online from 2:00 p.m. to 2:50 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Participation is open to anyone regardless of gender, age, or treatment status. Capacity is 980 participants, and the seminar is free of charge. It will be streamed via Renaissance’s online lesson service, RENAISSANCE Online Livestream (ROL). A free ROL account is required for registration. Since October 2023, Renaissance and Shiseido have held nine seminars together, with a total of 877 participants. This tenth seminar will focus on UV rays and skincare, aiming to help people live more comfortably and in their own way in daily life. The two companies plan to continue holding seminars on skincare and physical care to support better QOL for cancer patients.
