RePlayce Inc. This commission marks the third consecutive year of operating entrepreneurship development programs for young people in Shizuoka Prefecture, following the first and second terms of the predecessor "FuJI" program. With the mission to "update the current state of education," RePlayce develops practical educational programs that bring about transformation in the conventional, uniform education system. This fiscal year, marking our third year, we are launching a new program, "Next-Generation AI Business Planner (FuJI:AI)," which will fully integrate rapidly evolving "AI utilization skills" with the foundational "entrepreneurial mindset" and "business development skills" cultivated so far. In collaboration with Shizuoka Prefecture, we will foster next-generation innovators who can dramatically accelerate problem-solving in real society and business creation through practical experiences such as "vibe coding," where students create web and app prototypes using only verbal instructions, going beyond simply acquiring AI knowledge. Background of This Initiative Against the backdrop of the government's "5-Year Plan for Startup Development" and Shizuoka Prefecture's startup support strategy, momentum for entrepreneurship education for young people is rapidly increasing.
