(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshiyuki Saito) will revise its salary system effective July 1, 2026, implementing a wage increase averaging 5.1%, combining regular pay raises and base salary increases. This marks the fourth consecutive year for the base salary increase. One of our management visions is to be "a company where employees are energetic." In light of recent price increases, we have decided on this measure to maintain and improve real wages, as well as to secure talent and foster a corporate culture that rewards employees' challenges and efforts. Furthermore, we believe that creating an environment where each employee can work with peace of mind and proactively take on challenges will ultimately lead to meeting the diversifying and sophisticated needs of our customers and enhancing problem-solving capabilities at the worksite. Rental Nikken will continue to strive for further improvement in value provision by sincerely addressing customer challenges while growing together with our employees. Additionally, we have decided to increase the starting salary for new graduates joining the company in fiscal year 2027.
