In Spring 2026, the project "Re:753 (Ri-Shichi-Go-San)" will launch, aiming to deliver blessings to children and mothers in single-mother households who were unable to celebrate Shichi-Go-San for various reasons, with the cooperation of the community and society. As a kickoff event for this project, a public symposium "Re:753 Talk Show ~Mothers' Voices Decide the Future.~" will be held on July 18 (Sat) at Torikai Hachimangu Shrine in Imagawa, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, with talent Suzanne as a guest. The "Re" in the project name signifies "Retry," "Reunion," "Respect," and "Restyle (re-editing into a new style)." It's a day not only to celebrate a child's growth but also to deliver "Thank you" to the mothers who have raised their children this far. And it's a day to celebrate parents and children together with the entire community, not just within the family. The project "Re:753" re-edits the traditional Japanese culture of Shichi-Go-San to fit modern times and connects it to the future as a new culture of celebration. The project is calling for support from citizens, companies, and organizations. Details are available on the project's official website (https://re753.com/), so please check it out.
