These goods, conceived by the hotel's "Anniversary Project" (Note 1), a project team of hotel staff, are designed to add splendor to celebrations held at our restaurants. This initiative was born from customer feedback such as "I want to give a memorable celebration to someone important" and "I want to celebrate differently without carrying extra luggage," as well as the personal experiences of project members. Gentle illumination lights and soft-colored table flowers will be set up on the table, welcoming guests from the moment they arrive with a heartwarming surprise alongside the magnificent view of Lake Biwa, marking the beginning of a special celebration. Towards the end of the meal, a striking clay cake, approximately 60cm tall, will be presented to add a festive touch to the celebration, allowing guests to capture a memorable photo with their loved ones. This service is perfect not only for grand celebrations like birthdays and wedding anniversaries but also for dinners with family or cherished friends gathering after a long time, suitable for a wide range of celebratory occasions.
