Echigo Hillside Park will host its 'Fragrant Rose Festival' from May 23 to June 14, 2026. Visitors can enjoy 2,400 roses of 800 varieties. Special early morning openings for scent enjoyment and sunset light-ups are scheduled during the event to celebrate its recent international award for garden excellence.
