The aim is to alleviate companies' concerns regarding recruitment and retention, thereby supporting the stable employment of foreign human resources and securing talent for companies in the prefecture. The secretariat and experts will provide comprehensive support, so companies accepting foreign human resources for the first time can participate with peace of mind. ■ Project Details [Implementation Period] ・ Domestic international students: September 2026 (1 week to 2 weeks) ・ Overseas students: November to December 2026 (1 month to 2 months) [Target Companies]: Companies with business locations within Shizuoka Prefecture [Target Human Resources]: Domestic international students and overseas students from Indonesia and Vietnam [Support Content]: Company training, support for developing internship implementation plans, and expert-led support for developing acceptance systems [Participation Fee]: Free * Accommodation arrangements and equipment costs will be borne by the participating companies.
