The company required a solution that could meet complex operational demands unique to large-scale retailers, such as managing over 300,000 products, supporting diverse sales formats including bundle sales, and integrating with their core systems and proprietary point program. After comparing multiple vendors, "POS+" was selected as the only cloud-based mobile POS system capable of meeting these requirements, including through custom development. With the introduction of "POS+", the company will not only benefit from the space-saving advantages and faster transaction processing inherent to mobile POS systems, but also achieve significant efficiency improvements in returns processing, which was previously very time-consuming due to complex sales formats.
