The third installment of this project collaborates with ingredients from Okuyame, a mountainous region in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture. We are offering a limited-time menu where you can fully savor ingredients grown in Okuyame, such as Shine Muscat and Yame tea. A project where Chef Masakazu Furushou personally visits the land, expresses his experiences from various places in Kyushu through cuisine, and focuses on producers and the region. Okuyame Ingredients Conveying the Creator's Love and Enthusiasm Okuyame is a mountainous region in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It is known for its rich nature, traditional crafts, and as "Yame, the Land of Tea," a production area for Yame tea, one of Japan's leading high-grade teas. This time, Chef Furushou encountered Kato Farm, a grape farm in Kuroki Town. They produce premium Shine Muscat, which is normally only available for direct purchase.
