Polimill Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo / Representatives: Ayame Ito, Nonoka Taniguchi, hereinafter "the Company"), which is working on the social implementation of generative AI, signed a "Comprehensive Partnership Agreement on Generative AI Utilization and Development" with Taka Town, Hyogo Prefecture on June 26, 2026. This agreement aims to promote mutual cooperation and collaboration through the utilization and development of generative AI, thereby advancing the digital transformation (DX) of administration and improving the efficiency and digital human resource development of employees. In particular, it is characterized by the utilization of generative AI not merely as a tool for efficiency, but for employee human resource development and the creation of organizational intellectual assets. Both parties aim to pioneer new possibilities for human resource development in local governments and become a model case for the nation. ■ Background of the Agreement Signing The use of generative AI is expanding in administrative fields, such as document creation and inquiry response. On the other hand, the "experienced knowledge" cultivated by employees, including their knowledge, know-how, and judgment, tends to be personalized, making it a challenge to create systems for organizational accumulation and sharing. Taka Town and our Company will utilize generative AI to solve these challenges.
