Polimill Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Directors: Ayame Ito and Nonoka Taniguchi), a company driving the social implementation of generative AI, held a training session and briefing as the kickoff initiative for its partnership agreement with Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. Digital transformation officials from Hyogo Prefecture and neighboring municipalities, including Itami, Nishinomiya, Kawanishi, Takarazuka, and Suita, were invited to participate. They also exchanged views on Polimill’s future vision and how municipal operations may change going forward. Digital transformation officials who regularly use Qommo sAI gathered in one place, leading to active, practice-oriented exchanges during the Q&A and post-training discussions. Comments included, “Your city has the same issues too?” and “This part is easy to use,” showing the emergence of a co-creation network that crosses regional boundaries. Sugihara, Amagasaki City’s Digital Policy Supervisor and Assistant CIO, commented: “I was very excited by the various visions for the future. Amagasaki City wants to work together on this as well.” Polimill said that receiving such expectations from people advancing DX on the front lines of public administration was a major source of encouragement.
