In 2025, we formulated the "PERSOL Group AI Basic Policy" to ethically and effectively utilize AI technology. Under this policy, we emphasize a "human-centric approach" in AI utilization and responsibly determine the domains that should be handled by humans and those that can be entrusted to AI. Through our membership in AIGA, we aim to further mature our group-wide AI governance in compliance with the association's "AI Governance Action Agenda." We will also actively participate in the association's discussions and future activities.
