Pacific League Marketing Corporation, headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo and led by CEO Kentaro Narita, announced that it will hold the “Pacific League Sports Career Fair 2026 Summer by doda” on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. The Pacific League Sports Career Fair is a mid-career recruitment event designed to help participants learn about working styles in the professional baseball industry and broaden their career possibilities. The event will be held with the cooperation of doda, a career-change service operated by Persol Career Co., Ltd., part of the Persol Group, the 2026 title partner of the Pacific League. Pacific League Marketing’s vision is to “brighten and energize Japanese society as a whole through the development of professional baseball and the sports industry.” To further develop professional baseball and sports, growth is needed not only through the performance of players and teams on the field, but also on the business side that supports them. Launched in 2018 with the aim of helping business professionals in Japan discover the appeal and potential of the sports business, this event will be held for the 12th time. This year marks its first in-person edition in seven years, since 2019, and it will focus on mid-career hiring in the professional baseball industry, featuring all six Pacific League clubs and Pacific League Marketing.
