Oro Co., Ltd. (Head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director, Executive Officer: Atsushi Kawada; hereinafter “Oro”) carried out a version upgrade in April 2026 for its cloud-based ERP “Reforma PSA” (“Reforma”), which it develops and provides. With this upgrade, Oro has added “15th,” “20th,” and “25th” as new payroll calculation period closing date options, in addition to the existing “end of month” option. This enables more flexible attendance management aligned with each company’s payroll rules. Background of the upgrade: Since November 2019, Reforma has developed and implemented new features roughly once every two months based on user feedback. Through user surveys conducted to gather broader feedback, as well as meetings with existing Reforma customers, Oro received requests such as the desire to manage attendance in Reforma according to each company’s own payroll calculation rules. Based on these comments and circumstances, Oro added functionality related to payroll calculation periods, making it possible to select “15th,” “20th,” or “25th” as the closing date. The feature has been gradually rolled out to users since the end of April 2026. New capabilities and benefits: Closing dates for payroll-related values in Reforma, such as “actual working hours” and “overtime hours,” can now be changed from the previous end-of-month setting to the 15th, 20th, or 25th. The aggregation periods for each closing date are as follows: 15th closing: from the 16th of the current month to the 15th of the following month; 20th closing: from the 21st of the current month to the 20th of the following month; 25th closing: from the 26th of the current month to the 25th of the following month; end-of-month closing: from the 1st of the current month to the final day of the current month. This allows users to manage figures according to their company’s payroll rules and helps reduce the workload and input errors associated with recalculation. Future outlook: Reforma
