The survey was conducted by oricon ME Inc. from the perspective of a third party, targeting actual service users. In commemoration of "Bank Day" on July 1st, we are introducing the survey results regarding 'Internet Banking'. In recent years, the digitalization of banking services has advanced, and transactions using smartphones and apps have become commonplace. Reasons for wanting to use internet banking services ● "Because I don't have to go to a branch, counter, or ATM" was the most common reason at 50.4% ● Voices also emphasized financial benefits such as lower fees 2. Services used with internet banking ● "Transfers/Remittances" was the most common at 55.1% ● Usage is expanding for account management and various procedures 3.
