Kawasaki Nikko Hotel (Location: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture / General Manager: Kuniyuki Nishi) will open its banquet halls as a summer festival venue for two days, August 1 (Sat) and 2 (Sun), 2026, to hold the "Summer Fest 2026" event where visitors can enjoy the charm of the region. The Food Court & Stage Floor will feature "Kawasaki x Hotel Gourmet Summer Festival Menu" as its theme, selling dishes using Kawasaki-produced ingredients and collaboration menus with popular local eateries. Offerings include omelets made with local Kawasaki eggs and roast beef made with domestic beef, as well as regional specialties such as shrimp chili sauce supervised by the renowned Kawasaki restaurant "Chuka Ryori SeiKi" and kimchi from "Otsukemono Kei." Additionally, a Happy Hour will be held from 2:00 PM onwards. This includes all-you-can-drink draft beer and highballs, an advantageous tasting set of craft beer from Kawasaki's own "Kagiya Brewery," Spanish cured ham "Jamon Serrano" carved by the chef, and limited quantities of "Chuka Ryori SeiKi" shumai, offering a lineup that adults can also enjoy.
