Niigata Computer Technical College (Location: Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture / Principal: Ryo Tanaka), part of the NSG Group's International General Education Institute, held a special seminar on June 20, 2026 (Sat) as part of its summer open campus special program. The seminar featured Mr. Wataru Asai, Representative Director of dott Inc., as the lecturer, focusing on AI technology and future career development. ■ Background and Content of the Lecture Niigata Computer Technical College and dott Inc. have built a strong partnership over many years in the joint development of generative AI educational programs and the provision of teaching materials. This lecture was realized with the aim of providing participants, including high school students who will lead the next generation and those aiming for careers in IT, gaming, and creative fields, with an overview of the current generative AI landscape and future perspectives, amidst the rapid proliferation of generative AI technology. In the seminar, Mr. Asai explained the current status of AI adoption in various industries such as IT, gaming, and CG design. He presented a wide range of practical examples, including efficiency improvements through "AI-driven development" in programming and its application in analysis and training in esports.
