The index is adopted by institutional investors, including pension funds. Specific initiatives that were positively evaluated include human capital efforts such as the introduction of a new personnel system and enhanced talent development programs, implementation of supplier due diligence, and proactive information disclosure to both internal and external stakeholders through publications such as the "Integrated Report" and "ESG Data Book."
