Japan Tourism Promotion Digital Platform (Digipla) Digipla Tourism Data Analysis Screen Amidst significant changes in the environment surrounding tourism regional development, there is a growing demand for data-driven marketing, the establishment of tourism strategies (EBPM), and human resource development. In particular, following the review of registration and renewal requirements for Destination Management Organizations (DMOs), various consultations regarding data utilization and tourism management strategies have been received from local governments, DMOs, and tourism associations. To meet these regional needs, the Japan National Tourism Organization (Tokyo, Minato-ku; Chairman Masanobu Komoda (Chairman of the Board, Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.)) will regularly hold an online "Tourism DX Support Seminar" utilizing the tourism DX project "Japan Tourism Promotion Digital Platform" (common name: Digipla). This seminar will provide an opportunity to learn practical methods for establishing data-driven tourism plans and strategies, and for regional marketing, through the utilization of "Digipla," which centralizes data aggregation, sharing, and analysis. Participation is open to all involved in tourism regional development, including local governments, DMOs, tourism associations, and tourism-related businesses, regardless of membership status.
