While working as a physician, he founded the current MedPeer, Inc. in December 2004 and became its Representative Director and President. In August 2007, he launched a community site exclusively for doctors. He grew it into "MedPeer," a collective intelligence platform for doctors, with over half of Japan's doctors participating. He became Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company in December 2024. He is currently an active physician and entrepreneur at the forefront of health tech and medical care.
