NAGARA Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Kazuki Okada, hereinafter NAGARA) will begin accepting applications on July 1, 2026, for a trial program offering local care providers in Toyota City a 3-month free trial of "Nagarakaigo Minutes," an AI minutes service for care settings, as the company enters its second year of a partnership agreement with Toyota City. This program is designed to let care settings experience firsthand, and "for free," the reduction in burden from being bogged down by recording meetings and handovers. Applications will be accepted via a dedicated form or by phone. What is "Nagarakaigo Minutes"? "Nagarakaigo Minutes" is software that automatically creates meeting minutes simply by recording the meeting. In situations where recording is time-consuming, such as care team meetings and various committee meetings, it identifies "who said what" by speaker and automatically handles everything from transcription to summarization. It can be used by those unfamiliar with digital tools with a single button operation and supports specialized terminology unique to care settings. It is a cloud service that can be used from smartphones, tablets, and PCs, with security measures such as communication encryption in place.
