As part of this initiative, we opened "mosh Grab'nGo" (closed October 2024) in Hiroo, Tokyo in 2022, which can be operated even in small spaces, and have been exploring store styles that are viable in urban areas. As a new challenge this time, we will open a new concept store, "MOSH Burger & Bar," in Ginza, one of Japan's premier luxury shopping districts. To meet the needs of the diverse people who frequent Ginza, including office workers, shoppers, and tourists, this urban hybrid store will offer hamburgers during the day and operate as a bar serving alcoholic beverages and snacks in the evening. Particularly during evening hours, we anticipate not only demand for full meals for primary gatherings (1st parties) but also for pre-dinner drinks for "0th parties" and post-dinner drinks for "2nd parties," and will offer a menu that is easy to drop in for. ■ Authentic Burgers by Day, Limited Menu to Enjoy with Drinks by Night "MOSH Burger & Bar" will offer different menus for daytime and nighttime. During lunch hours from 10:00 to 17:00, a total of 8 hamburger menus will be available, including the "MOSH Cheese Burger" (980 yen) made with two types of cheese, and the "MOSH Classic Burger" (1,280 yen), a premium hamburger featuring an arrangement of Mos Burger's signature meat sauce.
